Now, A Little Bit of Context
You know, it's funny — the very things people often criticize USA TODAY for are what I think make it most powerful. It’s what kickstarted my career in user-focused content. Concise, easy to understand — sounds a lot like what we do in UX content, right?
Since my time as a reporter and editor, I've followed my passion for words and advocated for readers, members, and users. I have a strong eye for details, and how they map back to the bigger picture of user needs, and I shine when I’m taking complex ideas and translating them into simple, data-backed experiences.
